Paddle Wheel Sensors

Our clients can avail from us, a ruggedly constructed range of paddle wheel flow sensors that is highly repeatable and delivers reliable performance. These paddle wheel flow sensors are powered from the meter that is driven by a sinusoidal frequency for output signal. Suitable for low pressure systems, these sensors measure the liquid flow rates in full pipes and are chemically compatible to many liquid process solutions. Set at proper insertion depth into the process flow, these sensors are reckoned for the following distinguishing features:
Simple to install in up to DN900 (36 inch) pipes using custom fittings like tees, saddles and weldons

We hold expertise in designing and exporting a wide range of oval gear (positive displacement) sensors that is used for accurate and repeatable measurements with normal as well as highly viscous liquids. These sensors are volumetric flow-meter with oval gears that can be used for controlling the delivered fluid. Compact in design and easy to use, these sensors operate in the following manner:
Two oval gearwheels located inside the measuring body rotate in opposite directions when pushed by the flow
Every gear contains two magnets and an external sensor (reed type or hall-effect sensor) that transmit a pulsing signal
The frequency of the impulses determines the instantaneous flow rate, as every cycle corresponds to a given flow volume
